My name is Genevieve Beatty. I am a 23-year-old  artist from Asheville, North Carolina. I recently graduated from The Rhode Island School of Design ( RISD).

I am a fine art oil painter. I make narrative and surrealist paintings with twists of mythology and contemporary issues. Many of my paintings are self portraits set in imaginative mindscapes inspired from the mountains of Asheville. Other paintings  are darker portraits of symbolic animals. I currently sell my original work and digital prints at Resurrection and the Village Artists Market.
